Uninstall two .Net framework 4 entries on the remove all programs
pane. One was listed as "Microsoft .NET framework 4 extended" and the
other was "Microsoft .NET framework 4 profile view and then try to install Ms Office ,If is not fix then Uninstall all the .Net Component and after that again run Setup of Ms Office I am sure your installation will succeed this time..
