Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook 365

At the Start search field on Vista, Windows7, Windows 8 or 8.1 Start menu or go to Run (Press Windows key + R ) then you will get bellow attached windows
  

Now type outlook.exe /resetnavpane  in the "Open" box 

Then press Enter (or OK button) to restart Outlook.
